Student Program Fee: $310
This fee is paid by the youth participants. Payment is due to the State Office by October 11. Failure to pay fees by the stated deadline will result in student being dropped from the program. Please check with your delegation advisor for the specific delegation payment procedures they have in place for you.

- If paying by check, please make it payable to “Missouri YMCA Youth and Government” or “MOYAG” and given to your delegation director.
- Online payment is available using the MOYAG Square Store.
Delegation Fee
Some delegations charge an additional program fee. This fee is often used to pay transportation costs to and from the State Conference.
Spending Money
Students should bring spending money (usually around $50) to cover the costs of meals during the State Conference. One meal is provided for the students: dinner on Friday. Students may also want refreshment or a snack throughout the day. Vending machines are available at the Capitol. Students participating in the Civic Leadership Institute will have additional meals provided during the State Conference.
Scholarships
Missouri YMCA Youth and Government offers financial assistance for the State Conference. Students interested in applying for financial assistance must submit a Scholarship Application by September 20. Applications received after this date will be considered only if financial assistance funds remain available.
