Student Program Fee: $240
This fee is paid by the youth participants. Payment is due to the State Office by October 16, 2019. Checks should be made payable to “Missouri YMCA Youth and Government” or “MOYAG” and given to your delegation director. Once paid, all fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay fees by the stated deadline will result in student being dropped from the program.
Some delegations charge an additional program fee. This fee is often used to pay transportation costs to and from the State Conference.
Students should bring spending money (usually around $50) to cover the costs of meals during the State Conference. One meal is provided for the students: dinner on Friday. Students may also want refreshment or a snack throughout the day. Vending machines are available at the Capitol. Students participating in the Civic Leadership Institute will have additional meals provided during the State Conference.
Missouri YMCA Youth in Government offers financial assistance for the State Conference. Students interested in applying for financial assistance must submit a Scholarship Application by September 18, 2019. Applications received after this date will be considered only if financial assistance funds remain available.
